Standing room only at Old Trafford.
It was the fourth year for the Photovision Roadshows at Old Trafford, but still over 700 of the UK’s top professional photographers turned out for the UK’s premier independent Photographic Roadshow.

The show has been growing year on year since its launch in 2004, making the walk ways so busy that even Ronaldo would have found it difficult to pass his way through.

Exclusive show offers available from companies such as Ultimat, Creativity Backgrounds, onOne Software, GPS photosol and Mario Acerboni were well received by all visitors along side the Free prize draw which was sponsored by Creativity Backgrounds. There were two lucky winners of the Free Prize draw who received a First Prize of 10 rolls of 2.72 x 11m creativity background papers worth over £350 and the Second Prize of 4 rolls of creativity background papers worth over £140. The Free Seminars were, as usual, extremely well attended with photographers staying all day to attend all four. Guy Gowan’s seminars ‘Work Smart Not Hard’ explaining the latest features on Adobe Creative Suite and ‘The Power of Wacom with Photoshop’ demonstrating the intuitive way of working in Photoshop with a Wacom pen tablet were both hugely popular with all attendees leaving only standing room. The majority of visitors stayed for the duration of the show keeping exhibitors extremely busy and productive all day giving demonstrations and advice, most of the exhibitors commented on the amount of and quality of visitors who attended the show with numbers being noticeably up on last year.
As well as the free seminars, special offers and prize draws the show also had its extremely popular Camera Clinic where visitors got a health check and CCD clean
The next show is in Dublin’s famous Croke Park Stadium on the 2nd September, where the Photovision Roadshow will be the biggest photographic trade show in Eire.
